Note: This match was the first match taped on Monday so Mickie (and people in attendance) figured it would air tonight, hence why Mickie tweeted about it. TNA taped three shows in two days this week so they can edit filmed footage and air it any week they want. This match was not filmed as a dark match or for Xplosion, it will air next week, January 19th.

Top-rated Challenge TV show TNA Impact Wrestling will be recorded at London’s Wembley Arena later this month – the first time the company has ever filmed the program outside of the USA. TNA Impact Wrestling Superstars will shoot two all-new episodes at the Wembley Arena on January 28th in front of thousands of British fans.

The line-up of wrestlers for the Wembley Arena taping will also include James Storm, Bully Ray, Crimson, Samoa Joe, Gunner, Velvet Sky, Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, Mickie James, Tara, Doug Williams, Magnus, Mark Haskins, Austin Aries, Alex Shelley, Matt Morgan, Kazarian and Christopher Daniels.

WLNY TV 10/55 did a feature on their sports broadcast for when Impact Wrestling came to Westbury, New York last week. Mickie was briefly shown during a signing session and during a Knockouts tag team match where she teamed up with Velvet Sky. Watch the video below:

Gail Kim and Madison Rayne are checking each other out in their bikinis at the pool earlier today when they find Traci Brooks hanging out in the hot tub. Madison gets in her face and Traci attacks her, but Gail jumps into the pool and the two of them try and drown her until Mickie James, also clad in a bikini, jumps in and chases them off.

Traci goes after Gail and knocks her out to the floor before the bell and then goes outside herself to pummel her while Mickie and Madison duke it out in the ring. Traci whips Gail hard into the steps as Mickie gets a hanging neckbreaker and dumps her out to the floor while Traci sends Gail back inside. Mickie and Traci ping pong Gail with right hands until Traci lays her out with a clothesline. Gail rolls out to the apron so Traci launches Madison at her in such a way that she spears Gail out to the floor and the heels are in trouble as we go to commercial. (Read the rest of this entry…)

On December 29th, Mickie James and Bobby Roode joined Dalton Castle in the Q103 studio in Albany, New York. Mickie challenges Dalton to a squat thrust contest and Booby talks about what his first love was before becoming a professional wrestler. Watch the video below:

The following are results from this past week’s Impact Wrestling live events, which took place on Thursday and Friday.

Albany, New York | Thursday, December 29th:
Gail Kim defeated. Mickie James (TNA Knockouts Championship Match)
When Gail came down to the ring she put her two titles right in Mickie’s face. As Earl handed the titles to Ronnie Land, Mickie shoved down Gail. Gail worked on Mickie’s left arm most of the match, which she started to do from the start. Mickie kicked Gail to the ring apron. Gail slammed Mickie’s arm off the top rope as Gail dropped to the floor. Gail kept working on Mickie’s arm. Gail hit a single arm DDT on Mickie’s worked on arm. Gail motioned for the title around his waist as Mickie sold her left arm. Gail used a submission hold on Mickie’s left arm. Mickie rose to her feet and hit a knee to Gail’s chest. Mickie hit a neckbreaker on Gail. They both got to their feet and traded right hands. Mickie knocked Gail down twice and then hit the Thez press off the top rope. Mickie hit punches and went for the win but Gail kicked out. Mickie hit a knee to Gail’s chest and went for the Mickie DDT but Gail reversed it and went for the Eat Defeat but Mickie rolled her up but Gail reversed it and pulled on Mickie’s shorts to win.
