RingBellesOnline.com conducted an interview with former WWE writer Alex Greenfield regarding his role as producer of the memorable storyline between Trish Stratus and Mickie James.
Former WWE Diva and current TNA Knockout Mickie James has revealed that WWE boss Vince McMahon yelled at her after her debut WrestleMania match in 2006.
James, who had just won her first ever Women’s Championship from Trish Stratus, recalls how she returned backstage after the match and was greeted by an angry Vince. Why was Vince so angry? Because Mickie inserted her hand, rather provocatively, between Trish’s legs during the match.
Talking to The Sun, Mickie says:
“I came back through the curtain and Vince was really mad. In the moment it had seemed amazing to me. I thought ‘Vince will love this’.
“‘Crass’ was the word I got. He didn’t like it at all. He told me ‘We’re going to have to go back and edit that out. Do you know how much time (this will take)?’ (Read the rest of this entry…)
Mickie James captured the TNA Women’s Knockouts Championship from Madison Rayne at TNA Lockdown in a match that lasted approximately 35 seconds. It was the lone title change of the event.
As a result of her victory, James became the first woman to have held the WWE Women’s Championship, WWE Divas Championship, and the TNA Women’s Knockouts Championship. Trish Stratus congratulated James on her victory, writing on Twitter, “Congrats to my girl new TNA Knockout Champ @mickiejames!”
Can you people out there imagine that our most beloved Mickie James can be found partying with Trish Stratus. But my dear friends All the Divas are enemies in the ring and they all are friends off the ring. They all say Its a Game, and let it be Game only. Looking at this picture anyone can easily judge that both of them are drunk. Is there anyone out there who can drop them?
